Return & Refund Policy


You have 7 calendar days to return the package from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your package muct be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your package needs to have the receipt or proof o purchase.


Once we received your package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your reterned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the package.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


The purchased package will be sent through email which is the standard shipping method.

Extra charges will apply for those who request for the package vouchers to be sent through any other services than email.
